Open to individuals with disabilities of any age who have completed high school. Eligibility will be further assessed by organization.

Application process
Three step enrollment process:
- Contact to schedule a facility tour.
- Enrollment forms will be provided during tour.
- Intake meeting with the program director required. Participant and their support team (parent/guardian, caregiver, SSA, etc.) must attend meeting.
Completed enrollment forms (program application, master medical form, and participant application) may be submitted online, at the intake meeting, or sent to Client Services.
