- Serves Tuscarawas County residents who are employed and have minor children entering grades Kindergarten to 12th. - Household income must be at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level. -- If one (1) parent is in the home they must be employed at least 20 hours per week and earn at least minimum age. -- If both parents are in the home both must be employed at least 20 hours per week or one employed at least 32 hours per week.
