- Individual Options Waiver serves residents of Medina County with developmental disabilities who meet a Nursing Home Level of Care and want to live in their own homes. - Residential Facilities Waiver serves Medina County residents who live in group homes licensed by the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services. - Must meet certain income guidelines to receive waiver. - Note: There may be a wait list for these waivers.
