A library card is required when checking out materials. A valid, government-issued photo identification is required to obtain a library card.

Free. No overdue fines are charged on materials owned by Cleveland Public Library. Materials borrowed through CLEVNET are subject to the policies of the owning library. Some services such as use of photocopiers and TechCentral equipment may charge materials or usage fees.
