Services are available to anyone regardless of income or status.
They do not have documents that are required for services, per se. There are times when we need a case number if someone is calling on information relative to a particular case. Additionally, if someone is in need of an online notarization, we do require a valid ID.

The Montgomery County Clerk of Courts Help Center is a free walk-in center established to increase access to justice by providing self-represented litigants and others with information and connections to programs and resources to help them become better equipped to understand their legal issues and navigate the court system. Legal information includes court forms, tools to help you complete forms, and answers to general questions about court procedures. Has brochures on other human services in the area.
