PARTNERS IN CARE | GREENE COUNTY COUNCIL ON AGING
Serves as clearinghouse for information, resources, and assistance for adults ages 60 and over, who live in Greene County and their families. Also provides support to help keep seniors in their own or family member's home, which is arranged through care managers.

GREENE COUNTY COUNCIL ON AGING
Provides information and assistance regarding senior and caregiver-related information and issues; regular educational and support programs offered at a number of sites throughout the county; administers the Partners in Care Program which provides a care manager to work with older adults and their caregivers to provide and/or pull together needed community resources and supports; provides grant funding to the ten senior centers in Greene County; educates, informs, and empowers community members regarding quality of life, including areas such as physical health, financial and legal planning, brain fitness, lifelong learning, and caregiving; provides Medicare and other health insurance counseling ~ a Council team member is the Greene County Coordinator for the Ohio Senior health Insurance Information Program (OSHIIP) through the Ohio Dept of Insurance
