Complete a client profile through the client portal at www.HomeOwnershipDayton.org or submit an intake packet. A staff member will be in contact regarding next steps.
Fees
Housing Counseling (Purchase, Refinances) - $179 (income-based fee schedule for households in Montgomery, Miami and Greene counties. Prices vary from $35 (cost of a credit report) to $99.
Group Education: fees vary; scholarships may be available
Foreclosure Prevention: Available to Montgomery County residents only - no cost to client
