COMMUNITY ARTS AND MUSIC PROGRAM (CAMP)/ARTSPREP | CUYAHOGA COMMUNITY COLLEGE

Provides training in the arts with a focus on entering college to further study, regardless of artistic talent. Programs reflect cultural diversity, academic and artistic excellence and current music technology. Areas of study include dance (modern and ballet), orchestra, jazz, digital photography. High school students who demonstrate commitment may be eligible to receive college credit and lessons in their arts discipline.

Hours

As scheduled each term by individual class or private lesson. Programming is year-round, including summer. Introductory music camp is three hours, M-F. Camp for students of stringed instruments is one week, M-F: 9:00am-3:00pm.

Fixed Fee for school year programs. For 2024 summer programs are free.

Eligibility

Ages pre-kindergarten (age 4) and older. Introductory camp is for ages 8-13. Camp for students of stringed instruments is for ages 9-16.
