Prepares federal and state income tax returns. Can file for many tax credits. Provides electronic filing (E-File) of returns. Returns are prepared by volunteers who are IRS trained and certified. Those who E-file should receive refunds generally within 7-10 days. Handles complaints and concerns that clients of this site may have concerning this service.

AREA SERVED: Geauga and Lake County INCOME: Adjusted Gross Income of $67,000 or less. CURRENT YEAR: Completes 2024 federal and state tax returns PRIOR YEARS: Completes prior year returns for 2023 through 2021. AMENDED: Amends 2024 through 2021 (but only if prepared by this agency) Can file simple, sole proprietor business taxes with no loss. Cannot file for the following: rental income, bankruptcy, foreclosures, business losses, capital gains beyond $11,000, or for any small business issuing an IRS form 1099 to their employees.
