Customer Service Center for AEP customers. Answers questions regarding service, billing, account information or if a person needs to report service problems. Can assist in setting up new service, changing name and/or address or transferring service. Provides information on various budget plans offerered by AEP including the one-third and one-sixth payment schedules. Also offers information on military family extended payment program.
