Eligibility

Open to individuals age 18 and older.

Individuals who have not completed inpatient care or an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) at CAT or another facility will be required to dually enroll in individual substance use counseling services.

Application process

Contact or visit website to complete initial eligibility and intake screening. Eligible patients will then need to attend an in-person assessment during Open Access hours.
