Offers a wide variety of programs including full-time, part-time, online, customized training, free Adult Diploma Program, and free GED classes. Focuses on students and assisting them to achieve their goals. Career Services Center provides career coaching, as well as assistance with placement, assessment, and financial aid. Full-time career development programs include opportunities to achieve a relevant certification/licensure. These programs are: - Phlebotomy - Cosmetology - Nail Technician - Practical Nursing - HVACR - Public Safety (EMS, Fire) - STNA (State Tested Nurse Aide) - IT Computer Systems & Networking - LPN to RN Transition - Welding Certification.

Fee
Career Training Programs- All tuition and fees are payable according to payment schedule per class. Community Classes-All tuition and fees are payable by the first day of class. Financial assistance options are available including: PELL Grants, Veterans Training Benefits, Workforce Investment (WIOA), the Department of Job and Family Services, and student loans. Eligibility
Registration is open to all students 18 years old and older. School-aged students (16 and older must have written permission from parents and the school principal or counselor PRIOR to registration for classes.

Knox Technical Center (Adult Education at the Knox County Career Center) offers a wide variety of programs including full-time, part-time, online, customized training for organizations, and remediation classes as well as GED preparation classes. Knox Technical Center is a provider of the Adult Diploma Program (ADP). The ADP program is for those 18+ who want to earn their high school diploma while successfully completing an approved program and becoming certified/licensed. We are focused on our students and helping them to achieve their goals. Our student support services include career exploration, job search support; as well as assistance in placement, assessment, and financial aid.
