If your Direction (Food Assistance) Card is lost, stolen, or damaged, call the Helpline at 866-386-3071 to report it and request a new card be sent to you. No one else will be able to use your card once you report it missing. If your Eppicard (Cash Assistance) is lost or stolen, call the helpline at 866-669-6109.
