Before assistance can be given to parents of missing children, a report must first be filed with law enforcement officials. Contact for additional information.

Eligibility

No restrictions for information or to provide information about missing persons. To have photos distributed, must be a legal guardian of a missing child or have power of attorney over missing adult. Fingerprint ID cards mainly for groups. Ohio Amber Plan serves Ohio.
