All services must be physician ordered. Medicare coverage requires the patient to be essentially home-bound and needing skilled home care services. Medicaid does not require either home-bound status or skilled need. MyCare Ohio must pre-authorize care.
Mon. - Fri. 8:00am to 4:30pm. Nurses are available after hours for established patients through an on-call system.
