Eligibility
Serves residents of Northeast Ohio who meet the following requirements:
- Income must be at or below 300% of the Federal Poverty Level.
- Must not have prescription coverage or are underinsured with high medical co-pays and/or high deductibles.
- May be able to assist individuals with Medicare (donut hole) gap coverage.
- Once approved, the individual will be eligible for one year of service with the ability to renew.
Required documents
- Photo ID.
- Proof of residency.
- Proof of income for all household members (at least two (2) pay stubs for each household member and prior year tax return, if filed).
- Red, White, and Blue Medicare Card, if applicable.
- List of all monthly household expenses if insured.
- Documentation if in donut hole (coverage gap).
- Prescriptions or prescription bottles (must have current scripts or refills available).

Application process
- Appointment is preferred, but walk-ins are accepted. Walk-ins will be served based on availability of appointments.
- Call during site hours for information about appointments that can be arranged at locations in Canton, Alliance, and Massillon. Also on-site at the Carroll County General Health District on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday.
Fees
Donations are accepted for those who are uninsured, $2 for one (1) medication, $4 for two (2) medications, $5 for three (3) or more medications.
For those who are underinsured, $5 for one (1) medication, $10 for two (2) medications, $15 for three (3), $20 for four (4) and $25 for five (5) or more medications.

Provides full pharmacy services, including medications, education, diabetes management, respiratory management, medication therapy management, tobacco cessation, and support for a healthy life style. Assists in qualifying patients to complete and file paperwork for submission to drug manufacturers to request donated medication.
NOTE: The agency does not dispense controlled substances such as Oxycontin, Percocet, Tramadol, Vicodin, and Xanax.
