Assists individuals living with mental illness, alcohol, drug and other addictions to obtain satisfactory investigation and resolution of service complaints at agencies over which the Board has jurisdiction. The Clients' Rights Officer at the agency involved sets up an investigation of the complaint and responds in writing to the client. If the client is not satisfied with the outcome, Board staff will continue the investigation themselves.
