Provides a health education program that also helps clients find needed prenatal and infant care services. Trained community health workers work with pregnant clients and new fathers. Follows their progress throughout the pregnancy and until the new parents' infant reaches their 1st birthday. Partner of the Stark County Thrive County-wide Collaborative under Canton City Public Health.
