Eligibility

At or below 200% of the federal poverty guidelines. You may qualify for the service if you are a Vectren/CenterPoint Energy or Dayton Power and Light customer. CenterPoint Energy program - eligibility household income at or below 300% of the FPG and CenterPoint energy customer.

HWAP is a residential energy efficiency program that reduces energy use by reducing air infiltration and heat loss in homes. CenterPoint Energy Home Weatherization Program - includes upgrading insulation or if needed installing a new natural gas furnace.
