Fee

Financial support available to those who qualify through County Boards of Developmental Disabilities, Individual Options Waiver, and Level 1 Waiver.

Eligibility

Serves Summit County residents age 18 and over that meet the following criteria: - Has a medically documented intellectual or developmental disability. - Needs improvement in one or more of the following areas: Socialization, recreation or leisure skills, communication and decision-making skills, physical functioning and mobility, self-awareness and self-enrichment.
