Homeowners' Association (HOA) Disagreements (conflicts within homeowners' associations, including issues related to community rules, shared spaces, and homeowner compliance).
Roommate Conflicts (disputes between roommates over shared responsibilities, noise, cleanliness, or other living arrangement concerns)
School and Parent/Student Conflicts (conflicts between parents, students, and educational institutions, including issues related to discipline, academic expectations, or school policies).
