Provides conflict dispute resolution to address neighborhood and community conflicts, offering a way for residents to resolve disputes privately and constructively at no cost to the parties. Types of conflicts addressed include: Neighbor-to-Neighbor Disputes (noise complaints, pet-related issues, property line disagreements). Homeowners' Association (HOA) Disagreements (conflicts within homeowners' associations, including issues related to community rules, shared spaces, and homeowner compliance). Roommate Conflicts (disputes between roommates over shared responsibilities, noise, cleanliness, or other living arrangement concerns) School and Parent/Student Conflicts (conflicts between parents, students, and educational institutions, including issues related to discipline, academic expectations, or school policies).
