Eligibility

Open to grandparents who are the primary caregiver of at least one grandchild age 18 or under. Grandparent caregivers must also:

  • be a resident of Kentucky
  • be related to the child(ren) by blood, through marriage, or adoption
  • have a household income at or below 150% of the Federal Poverty Level
  • not be receiving state kinship care program benefits
  • not share a residence with the child(ren)'s parent(s)
