Application process

Application required. Individuals who want to apply for Medicaid only can apply online at benefits.ohio.gov or at their local Job and Family Services location. Individuals can contact the Ohio Medicaid Consumer Hotline with questions at 800-324-8680.

Eligibility

Open to Ohio residents who are low-income adults and children, pregnant women, older adults and people with disabilities, and children who have aged out of foster care up to age 21. Households must have an income at or below 138% Federal Poverty Line.
