Eligibility

Individuals must be 16 years of age or older. Individuals who are 16, 17, or 18 years of age must be officially withdrawn from high school or have earned their diploma in order to enroll. Individuals must be an Ohio resident and able to provide evidence of U.S. citizenship or eligible non-citizen status.
