Eligibility

- Homes must be located in Summit County but outside the cities of Akron, Barberton, or Cuyahoga Falls. - Initial eligibility is based on household size, income, overall condition, and equity of the home. Eligible repairs may include: - Abatement of lead-based paint. - Heating units. - Wiring. - Plumbing. - Septic. - Roofs. - Hot water tanks. - Gutters. - Replacement windows. - ADA Modifications.
