Residents of Cuyahoga County, age 18 and older, who have developmental disabilities. Must meet certain income eligibility requirements and be referred by Cuyahoga County Board of Developmental Disabilities (CCBDD).
24 hrs a day, 7 days a week.

Must be referred by the CCBDD. May phone M-F: 8:30am-4:30pm for information.

Paid through the CCBDD, Section 8, or other funding programs.

Description

Provides apartments that offer limited supervision for persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities who no longer need semi-independent living but still need some assistance. Assists with apartment maintenance, money management, cooking, shopping, and accessing community resources. There are 24 units available.
