THE LEARNING OPPORTUNITIES CENTER (LOC) ALTERNATIVE HIGH SCHOOL | OIC -OPPORTUNITIES FOR INDIVIDUAL CHANGE
The Learning Opportunities Center (LOC) is an alternative high school that works in partnership with the Springfield City School District and Clark County Local School Districts. LOC provides educational credit recovery services to students age 16-20 (if eligible) to assist them in earn a diploma from their home high school.

Application process
If currently enrolled see high school see your high school counselor. If not enrolled, call 937-323-6461 or visit LOC Office at the east end (entrance near the ally) at 10 S. Yellow Springs Street, Springfield, Ohio.
Fee
No cost to income eligible students.
Eligibility
Credit deficient youth currently enrolled in high school or youth (age 20 or under) who have dropped out of high school (final eligibility is determined by home high school).
