Administers and/or manages: The Woods Apartments, Middlebrook Meadow Apartments, Allison Manor Apartments, Friendship Manor Apartments, and Madison Terrace Apartments. The Barcus Company manages these apartment complexes.
All apartments are one bedroom one bath. There are certain qualifications for all properties that the individual will have to qualify for.
