Eligibility

To be seen at the Bright Spot Clinic, clients will need to provide either: - A voucher from Licking County Humane Society Humane Agent - Provide proof of income qualification and a government ID. please bring one of the following: Section 8 housing voucher, schedule letter from Ohio Works First, Ohio Medicaid card, letter of service -related disability from Veterans Benefits Administration, Ohio Direction Card, Social Security Disability benefit letter, most recent tax return ( does not exceed 150% of federal poverty guidelines).

Drop in the first Monday of every month from 1pm-3pm at the Salvation Army located at 250 East Main Street, Newark. If a holiday falls on the first Monday, the clinic will be open the second Monday of the month.

Application process
