Provides outpatient substance use treatment services. Individual plans may include a variety of services depending on need, including: case management, individual, group, and family counseling, peer support, psychiatry services, limited primary medical care, recovery housing, and medication assisted treatment (MAT). Intensive outpatient services or partial hospitalization services which include a combination of group and individual counseling for 10-20 hours a week may also be offered depending on individual need.
