Provides the following: * Assessments * Testing (Cut, Annoyed, Guilty, Eye - CAGE; Basic Alcohol/Drug Diversion - BADD; Substance Abuse Subtle Screening Inventory - SASSI) * Treatment planning * Outpatient Programming (OP) and Intensive Outpatient Programming (IOP) * Medication Assistance Treatment - MAT * Individual, group, and family planning programming * All services follow the American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM) modality of treatment.
