Medical and surgical facility that provides primary care services and the outpatient Behavioral Health Clinic provides individual and group counseling services, PTSD, substance abuse, and chronically mental illness treatment. The Medical Center supports a Geriatrics Extended Care program with nursing home care, respite, hospice, rehabilitation, home based primary care, and geriatric and evaluation management services.
