Eligibility

Homeless women, married couples, and families that meet the following criteria: age 18 or older; able to care for herself; lacks a fixed, regular, adequate nighttime residence, including those staying in a public or private place not designated for, or ordinarily used as, a regular sleeping accommodation for human beings; is currently in Ross County or a county adjacent to Ross County such as Fayette, Highland, Hocking, Jackson, Pickaway, Pike, Vinton counties; cannot be more appropriately served by another program or system of care, such as immigrant services or domestic violence services; has no other options or resources available for overnight shelter in Ross County or another county; is not currently under a service restriction. Couples must be married but do not have to be accompanied by a child.
