Serves older adults and low to moderate income households in Medina County.
Will be requested as needed and include:
- Driver's License or photo ID.
- Social Security card for everyone on return.
- Last year's tax returns.
- Any other materials or records tax filers feel are pertinent to their taxes.
- Medina: By appointment only on Mondays and Wednesdays from 10:15am to 1:00pm from Monday February 2nd, 2026 through Wednesday April 8th, 2026.
- Brunswick: By appointment only on Thursdays from 10:00am to 4:00pm from Thursday February 5th, 2026 through April 9th, 2026.

Beginning January 20th, 2026: Call Medina County Senior and Adult Services at 330-723-9514 Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm for an appointment.
