HUD-Certified housing counseling agency focused on increasing homeownership and providing quality affordable rental and for sale homes for low-moderate income families. Services are provided through four program areas: Homeport Housing Advisory Center, Homeport Rental Living, Homeport Resident Services and Homeport Home Ownership. Services include affordable multifamily rental housing and single-family lease-option homes enhanced by social service coordination and service referrals; new and renovated, quality affordable single family homes and condominiums for sale; and housing counseling services that include credit and budget counseling, home buyer education, foreclosure prevention counseling and down payment assistance.
