Rehabilitates houses with volunteers and Partner Families and then sells the home to the Partner Family with a no interest mortgage and for no profit. Accepted families also receive home ownership training and continued support after moving into the house. If accepted, must volunteer at least 200 hours. This is a long and involved process that generally takes at least a year. A limited number of houses will be rehabbed and sold.
