Walk-ins welcome for pregnancy tests. Appointments only for ultrasounds and STD testing.

Offers pregnancy testing and verification with due date. Provides limited obstetrical ultrasound to determine viability of pregnancy. Offers STD testing (Chlamydia, Gonorrhea, Herpes, Syphilis, Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C, Bacterial Vaginosis, and Trichomoniasis) and pre-natal vitamins.
  • Services and information offered are pro-life based.
Other services: Community referrals and resources, post-abortion ministry, and adoption information and support. Also gives pro-life based information on: pregnancy, abortion and alternatives (No abortions or abortion referrals are given at RPS). Information on STD testing and education and healthy lifestyle choices. All services are free and confidential.
