Provides community based peer support and case management to persons recovering from substance use disorder and to those with mental health issues. Service is provided by persons with similar life experiences. Targeted services are also provided to victims of human trafficking.

Eligibility

Adults age 18 and older who are recovering from substance use disorder or mental health disorder. Can provide targeted service to those with judicial involvement (such as having been formerly incarcerated). Also provides targeted services to those who are victims of human trafficking (both labor and sex trafficking).
