Eligibility

Adults age 18 and older who are recovering from substance use disorder or mental health disorder. Can provide targeted service to those with judicial involvement (such as having been formerly incarcerated). Also provides targeted services to those who are victims of human trafficking (both labor and sex trafficking).

Fees

Accepts Medicaid and private pay. If a client is not yet on Medicaid, agency will help them apply.
