Supported Employment | Coleman Health Services

Provides individuals with disabilities intensive training and support to gain employment, adjust to a specific job, and maintain employment in an integrated community and work environment. Services provided include vocational evaluation, job placement, job training, post-employment coaching, pre-job guidance, and benefits consulting. Employers are eligible for the Work Opportunity Credit.

Must meet eligibility for the Ohio Rehabilitative Services Commission. Disabilities may range from mental illness, developmental disabilities, visual, speech and hearing impairments, cerebral palsy; traumatically brain injured, and other physical disabilities.
