Application process

If eligible caller's court hearing is fewer than five days away, caller may contact agency directly. If eligible caller's court hearing is more than five days away, 211 staff will assist in completing the online form. Agency will return calls or online forms within two business days. If applying online, those who provide an email address will receive confirmation that their application was received by the agency. If caller has not heard from agency within two business days, they may contact the agency at a second number to check the status of their referral. May also call to check on status of referral.

Serves renters in the city of Cleveland who have income at or below 100% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL), who have a child aged younger than 18 in the household and who have received a notice of eviction from Cleveland housing court.
