Provides veterans and their dependents United States Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) accredited Veterans Service Officers (VSOs) to assist them in understanding VA benefits and in filing claims. Veterans and/or their families; widows and orphans of deceased veterans. Can only work on VA claims in cases where the client has signed over power of attorney to this organization - cannot assist with claims in cases where the client has signed over power of attorney to another veteran's assistance agency.
