Provides legal assistance which may include information, advice, or representation as well as online resources to help with the following issues: *Eviction and Foreclosures *Grievance/Informal meeting (if you have rent-subsidized housing) *Lockouts or utility shutoff by landlord without court order *Retaliation by landlord *Concerns related to domestic violence *Discrimination based on protected classes (race, color, national origin, religion, sex, familial status, disability) *Lead poisoning issues *Mobile home tenant and owner issues *Eviction record sealings *Security Deposits *Conditions/Rent Escrow and Land Contract issues *Small Claims lawsuit by landlord
