Children in grades K-5, attending Fremont City or Bishop Hoffman Catholic School

Required documents

ODJFS Licensed Childcare Program Registration Documents to be provided to fill out upon registration. If receiving ODJFS childcare assistance, the pre approval form must be received by the main office prior to the start date.

Provides ODJFS licensed before and after school care for Fremont City and Parochial Schools. Before care and after care is housed in their main office with bussing to Fremont Elementary School. Care is available on delay days and on cancellations that are not level 3 emergencies.
