A service where staff work with clients presenting as homeless or may become homeless using a client-centered approach to identify safe and appropriate housing to avoid the need for shelter. The service also helps to connect the LGBTQI+ individuals and families with a sensitity and equity trained staff member who can offer mediation, conflict coaching, resources, and assistance in developing a plan to combat homelessness.
