Eligibility
Clark County residents who have full time care of an older adult in their home, have no one to relieve them, and cannot afford home health aids to give them time away.

An in-home assessment is done to evaluate need and to determine staffs' ability to manage the patient.

Offer occasional relief for caregivers who have full time care of an older adult. Caregiver may leave premises or simply remain at the home but pursue other activities.

United Senior Services
United Senior Services mission is to enhance the lives of Clark County older adults by offering quality services that promote general well being, socialization and independent living. USS encourages participants to be active, involved and independent. In-home services, such as meals, transportation, homemakers, respite care, and personal care aides, are available to all eligible Clark County senior citizens regardless of membership. Community services such as income tax preparation, Medicare open enrollment and health education also do not require membership. Fitness, social and recreational activities at our centers are for people who are 55 or better and a member of USS. Annual membership fee is $15 for Clark County residents.
