The Customer Access Center (CAC) provides customers access to information on general services and specific benefits. PRC is available year-round and the PRC Plus Rental Assistance Program is only available June 1 through December 15, 2020. SNAP program expands to ONLINE SERVICE (eff. April 1, 2020), with curbside delivery. Clients do not have to get out of their cars. Ohio Governor Mike DeWine introduced an online "click and connect" option that most grocery stores have been updated on SNAP recipients simply swipe their EBT cards from their cars without entering the stores.
