Provides outpatient treatment support services for the Cleveland Drug Court docket. First-time felony level offenders who are arrested for possession or drug abuse (but not selling) can plead guilty to a misdemeanor. But in doing so, they agree to enter this program. Upon successful completion of the program, their criminal record will be expunged.

Provides counseling and treatment services to individuals who are experiencing problems of living due to their use/abuse of alcohol and other drugs. Provides residential and outpatient treatment programs, and aftercare for clients who have gone through their programs. Offers specialized programs for men and women involved in the criminal justice system.
