Substance Abuse Treatment For Greater Cleveland Drug Court | Community Assessment And Treatment Services
Provides outpatient treatment support services for the Cleveland Drug Court docket. First-time felony level offenders who are arrested for possession or drug abuse (but not selling) can plead guilty to a misdemeanor. But in doing so, they agree to enter this program. Upon successful completion of the program, their criminal record will be expunged.

Substance abuse offenders, living in Cuyahoga County, 18 years of age or older, who have been processed through the Cleveland Drug Court.
