- Serves home day care providers in Carroll, Harrison, Tuscarawas, Belmont, Columbiana, Coshocton, Guernsey, Muskingum, Licking, Noble, Perry, Washington, and Wayne counties. - Must be certified to provide day care through your county's Department of Job and Family Services, or be alternately approved to participate through HARCATUS.
