Safe at Home (SAH) is an address confidentiality program for survivors of domestic violence, stalking, human trafficking, rape, and/or sexual battery. Individuals living in the same house as the survivor are also eligible for this program. The program is most effective if a participant has just moved or will move in the immediate future. Find an Application Assistant certified by the Secretary of State's Office online at SafeAtHomeOhio.gov614.995.2255ORVisit an Application AssistantComplete an application, return it to the Safe at Home office at:Ohio Secretary of StatePO Box 16395Columbus, OH 43216You will be contacted by Safe at Home staff, and if certified, you will receive a participant packet and card in the mail.
